Reactivate
To reactivate with a chapter, please complete the Graduate Chapter Reactivation Form complete and submit to the chapter with which you wish to affiliate, plus money order/certified check for reactivation/reinstatement fees, chapter dues, fees and assessments, as applicable.

To reactivate as a General Member, please complete the General Member Reactivation Form complete and submit to the Corporate Office plus money order/certified check for reactivation/reinstatement fees, per capita, fees and assessments, as applicable.
Transfer
​The Transfer Verification Form is an official Sorority form which documents that an inactive member has met all financial obligations to her former chapter and the Boule. If you are currently active with a chapter or were last year, you need to request a signed Transfer Verification Form from your chapter.
Visiting Members
OXO Chapter Meetings are open to initiated members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® only. Omega Xi Omega Chapter meetings are held on the third Sunday of each month, with the exception of July and August when we are on summer break.
